PEVcharge Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Scope and Service Description

1.1 Regional Delivery Instructions:
1.1.1 United States: Door-to-door delivery time is 7-15 days, and taxes are included; for island areas, please consult customer service for confirmation on whether shipping is supported.
1.1.2 Europe: Delivery time for EU countries is 7-15 days, and taxes are included in most regions; additional taxes may be incurred in non-EU regions such as the United Kingdom, please consult customer service for details.
1.1.3 Asia-Pacific Region: Door-to-door delivery time is 7-15 days.
1.1.4 Other Regions: Please contact online customer service to confirm whether shipping is supported.
1.2 Service Scope Limitation: Our company (PEVcharge) only provides shipping services to the delivery address specified in the Shopify store order. The specific delivery scope shall be subject to Section 1.1 of this clause and the display on the order checkout page.
1.3 Logistics Method Description: Shipping services are provided by cooperating third-party logistics service providers. The logistics method will be comprehensively determined based on the delivery destination, product attributes, and order amount. The specific shipping costs and taxes shall be subject to the display at the time of order checkout.

2. Order Shipment and Delivery Timeframe

2.1 Shipment Timeframe: After the order payment is completed and the information is verified, warehousing and shipment will be completed within 3-5 working days (excluding holidays, special events, or force majeure; delayed shipment will be notified separately); for orders with insufficient inventory, shipment will usually be arranged within 15 days; for pre-sold products, please consult customer service for the delivery time.
2.2 Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe is calculated from the date of product warehousing. The timeframe for different regions is 7-15 working days (subject to the logistics tracking information). The actual delivery time of international orders may be affected by factors such as logistics congestion, weather, and customs clearance.
2.3 Order Tracking: After the product is shipped, the logistics tracking number will be updated on the order page, and the delivery progress can be inquired through this number.

3. Shipping Cost Description

3.1 Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are comprehensively calculated based on the product weight, volume, delivery destination, and logistics method. The cost amount will be automatically generated when the order is submitted and paid together with the order amount.
3.2 Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping can be enjoyed when specific conditions are met (such as meeting the minimum order amount for a single order, during specific promotional periods). The specific conditions shall be subject to the order checkout page or the store's promotional rules.
3.3 Additional Cost Liability: International orders may incur tariffs, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees, etc. Such fees shall be borne by the recipient (subject to the customs regulations of the destination country/region). If the product is detained, returned, or destroyed due to the recipient's failure to pay the fees in a timely manner, the relevant losses and return shipping costs shall be borne by the recipient.

4. Receipt Inspection and Signing Instructions

4.1 Pre-Signing Inspection: When receiving the product, the recipient must immediately check the outer packaging of the package to confirm that there are no abnormalities such as damage, extrusion deformation, or signs of opening before signing.
4.2 Handling of Abnormal Packages: If the outer packaging of the package has serious damage, deformation, leakage, or suspected tampering, you may refuse to sign on the spot, and immediately synchronize the situation through online customer service or email (it is recommended to keep contact information), and take photos/videos of the abnormal state of the package as evidence.
4.3 Liability Identification for Proxy Receipt: If entrusting others to receive the package on your behalf, the proxy is deemed to have obtained the recipient's authorization, and their inspection and signing actions are equivalent to those of the recipient themselves, and the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the recipient.
4.4 Post-Signing Liability: After the product is signed for (including proxy receipt), if you claim issues such as damaged outer packaging or missing products but cannot provide sufficient evidence to prove that the issues occurred during transportation, our company will not accept relevant claims.

5. Handling of Damage, Loss, and Wrong Delivery During Product Transportation

5.1 Evidence Retention Requirements: If you find product damage, missing parts, or inconsistency between the model/specification and the order after signing (or when refusing to sign), you must take complete evidence within 24 hours, including but not limited to: clear photos of the damaged/missing parts, photos of the entire product, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the logistics waybill, and continuous unedited unboxing videos (which must clearly show the unboxing process and product status).
5.2 Problem Feedback and Verification: After retaining the evidence, immediately feedback the problem through online customer service or the official email (specific email can be supplemented), stating the order number, product information, and details of the problem, and attaching the evidence. We will verify the situation within 3 working days and coordinate with the logistics service provider for liability identification.
5.3 Solutions: After verification, if the problem is caused by transportation links or warehousing errors, we will provide reasonable solutions such as free replacement, exchange, return and refund, and the relevant return and re-delivery costs shall be borne by our company; if the problem is caused by the recipient's own reasons, the loss shall be borne by the recipient themselves.

6. Shipping-Related Instructions for Order Modification and Cancellation

6.1 Order Modification: If you need to modify the delivery address, recipient, and other information, you shall submit an application through online customer service before the product is warehoused; if the product has been warehoused, the delivery information cannot be modified, and the resulting secondary shipping costs shall be borne by the recipient.
6.2 Order Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before the product is warehoused, the paid shipping cost will be fully refunded; if the product has been warehoused, you must first submit a cancellation application. After the product is intercepted and returned to the warehouse, the incurred shipping and interception costs will be deducted, and the remaining shipping cost will be refunded; if the product has been delivered or signed for, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

7. Undertaking of Transportation Risks

7.1 Risk Undertaking During Transportation: From the time the product is warehoused to the time of signing, if the product is lost, damaged, or destroyed during transportation, the risk shall be borne by our company and the cooperating logistics service provider, and handled in accordance with Article 5 of these terms.
7.2 Risk Transfer After Signing: Once the product is signed for (including proxy receipt), the transportation risk is transferred to the recipient. Our company and the logistics service provider shall not be liable for any subsequent loss, damage, or other issues.
7.3 Force Majeure Exemption: If transportation is delayed, interrupted, or damaged due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, traffic control, or customs policy adjustments, our company will make every effort to assist in coordination but shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses. The division of responsibilities shall be subject to relevant laws and regulations and the terms of the logistics service provider.

8. Shipping Instructions for Special Products

8.1 Our company's products are fast chargers, which belong to electrical products. Some regions may have special regulations on the transportation of electrical products. We will strictly carry out product packaging and transportation declaration in accordance with relevant regulations to ensure compliance with transportation safety standards.
8.2 Notes on International Transportation: Electrical products for international transportation must comply with the voltage standards and certification requirements of the destination country/region. The recipient shall confirm the relevant standards in advance. If the product cannot be used normally due to failure to confirm, the responsibility shall be borne by the recipient, and our company shall not be liable for return or exchange.

9. Other Terms

9.1 Matters Not Covered: Matters not covered by these terms shall be implemented in accordance with the terms of the cooperating logistics service provider and relevant national laws and regulations.
9.2 Right to Revise Terms: Our company reserves the right to revise these terms according to business adjustments or policy changes. After revision, the terms will be announced on the notice board of the Shopify store. Orders generated after the announcement shall be subject to the revised terms.
9.3 Consultation and Objections: If you have any questions or objections to the shipping service, you can contact us through online customer service or the official email for communication and resolution at any time.

1. 配送范围与服务说明

1.1 分地区配送说明:
1.1.1 美国地区:门到门配送时效7-15天,税费已包含;岛屿地区是否支持发货,需咨询客服确认。
1.1.2 欧洲地区:欧盟国家配送时效7-15天,大部分地区税费已包含;英国等非欧盟地区可能产生额外税费,具体请咨询客服。
1.1.3 亚太地区:门到门配送时效7-15天。
1.1.4 其他地区:请联系在线客服确认是否支持运输。
1.2 服务范围限定:本公司(PEVcharge)仅向Shopify店铺订单指定的配送地址提供运输服务,具体配送范围以本条1.1款及订单结算页显示为准。
1.3 物流方式说明:运输服务由合作第三方物流服务商提供,物流方式将根据配送目的地、商品属性及订单金额综合确定,具体运输费用及税费以订单结算时显示为准。

2. 订单发货与配送时效

2.1 发货时效:订单支付完成且信息审核通过后,3-5个工作日内完成出库发货(节假日、特殊活动或不可抗力因素除外,延迟发货将另行通知);库存不足订单,通常15天内安排发货;预售商品的交付时间请咨询客服。
2.2 配送时效:配送时效自商品出库之日起计算,不同地区时效为7-15个工作日(具体以物流跟踪信息为准)。国际订单实际送达时间可能受物流拥堵、天气、海关清关等因素影响。
2.3 订单追踪:商品发货后,订单页面将更新物流跟踪单号,可通过该单号查询配送进度。

3. 运输费用说明

3.1 费用核算:运输费用根据商品重量、体积、配送目的地及物流方式综合计算,提交订单时将自动生成费用金额,与订单款项一并支付。
3.2 免费配送政策:满足特定条件(如单笔订单金额达标、特定活动期间)可享受免费配送,具体条件以订单结算页或店铺活动规则为准。
3.3 额外费用承担:国际订单可能产生关税、增值税、清关费等,此类费用由收件人自行承担(标准以目的地国家/地区海关规定为准)。因收件人未及时缴费用导致商品滞留、退回或销毁的,相关损失及返程运费由收件人承担。

4. 收货查验与签收须知

4.1 签收前查验:收件人接收商品时,需立即核对包裹外观,确认无破损、挤压变形、开封痕迹等异常后再签收。
4.2 异常包裹处理:若包裹外包装存在严重破损、变形、渗漏或疑似拆封等异常,可当场拒收,并立即通过在线客服或邮件同步情况(建议留存联系方式),同时拍摄包裹异常状态的照片/视频作为证据。
4.3 代收责任认定:委托他人代收的,代收人视为已获得收件人授权,其查验、签收行为等同于收件人本人行为,相关责任由收件人承担。
4.4 签收后责任:商品签收(含代收)后,若提出外包装破损、商品缺失等问题但无法提供充分证据证明问题发生在运输环节的,本公司不予受理相关理赔申请。

5. 商品运输过程中的破损、缺失及错发处理

5.1 证据留存要求:签收后(或拒收时)发现商品破损、部件缺失、型号/规格与订单不符的,需在24小时内拍摄完整证据,包括但不限于:破损/缺失部位清晰照片、商品全貌照片、外包装照片、物流面单照片、连续无剪辑的开箱视频(需清晰展示开箱过程及商品状态)。
5.2 问题反馈与核实:留存证据后,立即通过在线客服或官方邮箱(可补充具体邮箱)反馈问题,说明订单编号、商品信息及问题详情并附上证据。我们将在3个工作日内核实情况,并协调物流服务商进行责任认定。
5.3 解决方案:经核实,若问题系运输环节或出库失误导致,将提供免费补发、换货、退货退款等合理解决方案,相关返程及重新配送费用由本公司承担;若为收件人自身原因导致,损失由收件人自行承担。

6. 订单修改与取消的运输相关说明

6.1 订单修改:需修改配送地址、收件人等信息的,应在商品出库前通过在线客服提交申请;商品已出库的,无法修改配送信息,由此产生的二次运输费用由收件人承担。
6.2 订单取消:商品出库前取消订单的,已支付运输费用全额退还;商品已出库的,需先提交取消申请,待商品拦截退回仓库后,扣除已产生的运输及拦截费用,退还剩余运输费用;商品已送达或签收的,不退还运输费用。

7. 运输风险承担

7.1 运输中风险承担:商品出库后至签收前,运输过程中发生丢失、破损、损毁的,风险由本公司及合作物流服务商承担,按本条款第5条规定处理。
7.2 签收后风险转移:商品一经签收(含代收),运输风险即转移至收件人,此后发生的丢失、破损等问题,本公司及物流服务商不承担责任。
7.3 不可抗力免责:因自然灾害、战争、罢工、交通管制、海关政策调整等不可抗力导致运输延迟、中断或损毁的,本公司将尽力协助协调,但不承担直接或间接损失,责任划分以相关法律法规及物流服务商条款为准。

8. 特殊商品运输说明

8.1 本公司商品为快充充电器,属于电器类产品,部分地区可能对电器类商品运输有特殊规定,我们将严格按照相关规定进行商品包装及运输申报,确保符合运输安全标准。
8.2 国际运输注意事项:国际运输的电器类商品需符合目的地国家/地区的电压标准及认证要求,收件人应提前确认相关标准。因未确认导致商品无法正常使用的,责任由收件人承担,本公司不承担退换货责任。

9. 其他条款

9.1 未尽事宜:本条款未尽事宜,按合作物流服务商条款及国家相关法律法规执行。
9.2 条款修订权:本公司有权根据业务调整或政策变化修订本条款,修订后将在Shopify店铺公告栏公示,公示后新生成的订单适用修订后条款。
