PEVcharge Service Terms

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all transactions between global users and PEVcharge via PEVcharge’s official Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as PEVcharge’s Shipping Terms, Refund & Return Policy, and After-Sales Guarantee Terms.

2. Service Obligations & User Responsibilities

2.1 PEVcharge shall provide products consistent with store descriptions and fulfill services as agreed (including logistics, after-sales support, etc.) in accordance with the aforementioned separate terms.

2.2 You shall provide true and accurate order information (delivery address, contact details, etc.) and use products in compliance with the instruction manual. You shall bear losses caused by incorrect information or improper use.

3. Reference to Separate Terms

Details regarding logistics, delivery, refund/return procedures, and after-sales guarantee (period, scope, application process) shall be implemented in accordance with PEVcharge’s separate Shipping Terms, Refund & Return Policy, and After-Sales Guarantee Terms. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the separate terms, the separate terms shall prevail.

4. Disclaimer

PEVcharge shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, customs policy adjustments, etc.), third-party faults (logistics delays/damages), or your own negligence (e.g., failure to inspect goods as required).

5. Other Provisions

5.1 PEVcharge reserves the right to revise these Terms and will announce revisions on the Shopify store. Revised Terms shall apply to orders placed after the announcement.

5.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; failing which, they shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PEVcharge is registered.

PEVcharge 服务条款

1. 适用范围

本条款适用于全球用户通过 PEVcharge 官方 Shopify 店铺与 PEVcharge 发生的所有交易。您提交订单即视为同意受本条款，以及 PEVcharge《运输条款》《退款退货政策》《售后保障条款》的约束。

2. 服务义务与用户责任

2.1 PEVcharge 应提供与店铺描述一致的产品，并依据前述专项条款的约定履行服务（包括物流配送、售后支持等）。

2.2 您应提供真实、准确的订单信息（配送地址、联系方式等），并按产品说明书要求使用产品。因信息错误或使用不当导致的损失，由您自行承担。

3. 专项条款参照

物流配送、退款退货流程、售后保障（期限、范围、申请流程）等详细事宜，按 PEVcharge《运输条款》《退款退货政策》《售后保障条款》执行。本条款与前述专项条款存在冲突的，以专项条款为准。

4. 免责声明

因不可抗力（自然灾害、战争、海关政策调整等）、第三方过错（物流延迟/损坏等）或您自身疏忽（如未按要求验货等）导致的损失，PEVcharge 不承担责任。

5. 其他约定

5.1 PEVcharge 保留修订本条款的权利，修订后将在 Shopify 店铺公示。修订后的条款适用于公示后提交的订单。

5.2 任何争议应优先通过协商解决；协商不成的，适用 PEVcharge 注册地司法辖区的法律管辖。
